Unleash your freediving potential

MOLCHANOVS WAVE 1 × AIDA 2 Introductory Freediving Course

自由潛水初階課程

The MOLCHANOVS WAVE 1 × AIDA 2 Introductory Freediving Course by Club O₂cean is an entry-level program designed for anyone — whether you are completely new to freediving or already comfortable in the water — who wants to explore the ocean with essential freediving techniques.

This course provides you with the essential knowledge and practical skills to dive safely and confidently. You’ll learn what freediving truly is, how your body adapts to being underwater, and how to prepare both mind and body for a breath-hold dive.

Key topics include breathing and relaxation techniques, equalization, duck diving, finning, buddying, and safety procedures. You’ll also gain an understanding of the physics and physiology behind freediving, as well as how to manage potential risks responsibly.

Training is led by experienced and certified instructors and combines theory, dry exercises, pool sessions, and open-water dives — taking you to depths of 12–20 meters in a safe, supportive environment. Safety and self-awareness are emphasized throughout, with personal guidance and feedback to help you relax, extend your breath-hold, and move gracefully underwater.

Upon successful completion, you’ll earn a Molchanovs Wave 1 / AIDA 2 certification, your first official step into the world of freediving — and the beginning of a lifelong connection with the ocean.
